Secure Showings

When it comes to in-person showings, we take every precaution to keep the process secure and convenient. If buyers contact us directly, we verify that they’re pre-approved and serious before arranging a showing. If they’re working with an agent, that agent will handle the screening and use our secure SentriKey Bluetooth lockbox to access your home. During the showing, your only responsibility is to step out, while we maintain a detailed log of when the agent entered and left the property.

Detailed Buyer Feedback

After each showing, we follow up with the buyer and collect detailed feedback within 24–48 hours. This gives you timely insight into how buyers perceive your home and helps identify next steps to keep the selling process moving forward.
